Savannah O'Toole, MA, LPC
Clinical Fellow and Licensed Professional Counselor
Hi, I’m Savannah O’Toole, a licensed professional counselor, completing my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2022 and clinical mental health fellow at Ever Forward Counseling x Neurofeedback. I believe that it is imperative to process through the emotions and thoughts we experience in an environment where we feel safe to express ourselves exactly as we are. Guests who have a desire to intentionally look within themselves to gain insight into who they are, areas that need growth, and areas of healing that lead to more confidence in walking through life are those I enjoy working with. It is crucial that I try my best to cultivate that safe and supportive space for guests to heal and discover themselves.
I have experience working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress disorders, life transitions, spiritual/religious challenges, and trauma. Additional areas of training include grief, boundary settings, attachment, self-esteem, self-worth, the LGBTQ+ community, relationship issues, and individuals with physical health issues such as autoimmune disease, women’s health issues, and mold illness. My approach is collaborative and integrative, utilizing various therapeutic practices to cultivate a strong therapeutic relationship that is built on trust, empathy, and respect. Every individual is unique, therefore, my goal is to make sure the therapeutic process honors your journey by fitting your needs with compassion and understanding.
Taking steps towards healing can be intimidating, but know that you are not alone on this journey. My hope is that I can empower you to thrive and live a purpose filled life by providing practical tools, guiding you towards insight, and support that can take you through life’s challenges with grace and resilience.
